Come explore the stillness and the challenge of Yin Yoga. As a practice that is lauded for its long juicy holds and mostly passive approach, Yin yoga not only supports a greater balance in the physical body, but also in the energetic, mental and emotional bodies as well. The idea is that if one is existing at some level of health and wellness, whether mentally, physically, and/or emotionally, then the unnecessary suffering in life shifts. That shift empowers a deeper contemplative practice, a greater willingness to inquire within, and a profound recognition of the power of compassion. Come explore Yin Yoga - a powerhouse practice for healing, and a sweet subtle sanctuary for the soul.
