Qualifications: 

• Experience working outside in all weather
• Interest in a career in agriculture, horticulture, landscaping, sustainability, culinary arts
• Must pass all of the following: 
  • Pennsylvania Criminal History Check (PATCH)
  • PA Child Abuse History Clearance
  • FBI Criminal History Background Check

Physical Demands: 

• Able to walk on uneven grounds, uphill, downhill, long distances
• Able to work outside for most of the workday in various weather conditions
• Able to engage with various types of plants and debris commonly found outside
• Able to work with various types of farm and gardening equipment
• Able to lift, push, pull 30 lbs
